Where Do We Ship?

We deliver pan-India — to every state and city across the country. Whether you're in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, or a smaller town, we've got you covered.

Delivery Timelines

• Standard Orders: 5–7 business days
• Bulk Orders (10+ trophies): 7–10 business days depending on customization requirements
• Custom Engraved Orders: Add 2–3 extra business days for engraving
• Express Delivery: Available on request — contact us on WhatsApp for urgent orders

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are applicable on all orders and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your payment.

Packaging

All trophies are carefully packed with protective material to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Bulk orders are packed individually and labeled for easy distribution at your event.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery.

No Return Policy

All sales at TrophySutra are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders once dispatched.

We take great care in quality-checking every trophy before dispatch and ensure safe, secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. We encourage customers to:

• Review product details, sizes, and specifications carefully before placing an order
• Double-check all engraving details before confirming custom orders
• Contact us on WhatsApp before ordering if you have any questions

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing for a full refund
• Orders already in production or dispatched cannot be cancelled
• For bulk orders, cancellation must be requested before production begins
